Nice modern well kept hotel. The staff were all polite and helpful, very patient with our language barrier. We had a very pleasant stay. They serve great food including coffee, cakes, pastries, gelatos the list goes on and their croissants are the best! Nice views of the town from the balcony. The only recommendation I would suggest are the pillows! They are far too hard and uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in Sambiase :)
AC too noisy for a good night sleep. There was no free shuttle to airport/station as promised in the room booklet. The breakfast was only with cakes and pastries. Only positive note was the kind staff.
Good Hotel 10 minute drive to the airport , was here for four days too much for this destination . The owners and the staff are very nice and the pastries they make are fabulous . The breakfast is not buffet they let you order whatever you want from their coffee shop which it is also the best patisserie in Italy

There is NO Shuttle to the airport. I called twice to inquire and was assured there was a shutte. Taxi for airport was €20 for one person, at check-in I was told shuttle was cancelled due to COVID but they didn't bother to change the info on the website. Room was fine.

If you want to try a real italian gelato you must come here. You will find a great variety of italian desserts, an excellent coffe and the best gelato ever! |You can have breakfast or take a night dessert (open until midnight) |Staff is really friendly. You can find also the same gelateria bar in rome and florence near the duomo.
Stayed one night while visiting family . This is not a luxury hotel st all!!! Room is clean but small area is ok but there is nothing around you not far from airport but there are no amenities here. However the hotel does have the best pastry and gelato around !!
